Allen G. Burgess is President and founder of Data Integrity. Dr. Burgess has more than 35 years of experience in the computer industry. He was among the founding team of Prime Computer, and he was a co-founder of Sequoia Systems. He held senior engineering and product development management positions at Raytheon Company, Nixdorf, Data General Corp., Honeywell Information Systems and Computervision.

Dr. Burgess is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He received a Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Business Administration from Boston University. He has taught business management for 13 years at various colleges and universities, including Boston University, Babson College, Bentley College and Northeastern University.

Thomas J. Kinzer is Vice President of Technology at Data Integrity. He is a 33-year veteran of the computer industry, and spent much of that time in various technical and sales-related positions at IBM. For 17 years, he was IBM's representative to the PL/I Project at the IBM User Group, called SHARE, and during that time worked with IBM's compiler implementation group on topics related to PL/I, COBOL and interfaces to related systems, such as IBM's CICS Transaction Processing System.

At Data Integrity, his work includes technical definition of the mainframe components of the company's product set plus overall product definition and refinement of Millennium Solution, Data Integrity's breakthrough Year 2000 remediation product. Mr. Kinzer is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, Mass.

Christopher J. Dowdell is Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Data Integrity. Immediately prior to joining Data Integrity in 1997, he was a Director with the American College of Physicians. Mr. Dowdell has extensive experience in product development and marketing within both the IT and health care industries. He has also held operational (P&L) responsibility for technology related products sold on a business-to-business basis.

In addition to the traditional sales and marketing responsibilities commensurate with his position, Mr. Dowdell functions as the firm’s liaison to legal counsel for patent and trademark issues. He contributes to the firm’s documentation and training programs, coordinates customer service initiatives and is responsible for management of house accounts.

Mr. Dowdell holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Elizabethtown College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
